Owen Henderson is a senior at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he studies journalism with minors in Spanish and theater.
Currently, he works as a digital production intern for Illinois Public Media’s state-wide talk show The 21st, as well as hosting and editing for WPGU News and anchoring Good Morning Illini.
Some of his previous work includes spending a summer with the San Francisco Chronicle as a Dow Jones News Fund Multiplatform Editing Intern.
When he’s not recording newscasts or proofreading copy, you can often find him baking bread or hiking.
